1.1 14-day money-back guarantee
Your first purchase, whether a subscription or a pay-as-you-go pack, is refundable in full if you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, fewer than 50 full-resolution images have been processed on your account, and neither you nor your company has used this guarantee before.
1.2 How to request a refund
Email hello@backdropzap.com from your account email address and include your order reference. We reply within five business days. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method.
1.3 Processing credits
A credit is charged only when a result is produced. If you were charged but could not receive the result (for example a dropped connection), email us the request ID and we return the credit.
1.4 Credit expiry
All credits, including pay-as-you-go and subscription credits, do not expire.
1.5 Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or the Paddle customer portal. Your current subscription period continues until its end. Unused monthly credits roll over and remain usable after cancellation without an expiry date.
Outside the guarantee in section 1.1, there are no partial refunds for a subscription period that has started.
1.6 Payments and statutory rights
Paddle processes purchases as the merchant of record when purchases are available. This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights, including EU and UK withdrawal rights. Plans marked Coming soon on the pricing page are not available to purchase.
1.7 Abuse
Abuse, including chargeback fraud or repeated use of the guarantee across accounts, results in account closure.
